An English Pactio Maker!! Pactio is part of Negima! aka Magister Negi Magi! The original Pactio Maker was a creation of :iconthomas999:, but was in French so I tediously translated it using a free online translation site, so some of the instructions may be a bit dodgy. I also grouped and tidied various elements of the Pactio Maker. If you use please credit both me and :iconthomas999:. If you have any questions please feel free to ask me!

oh, the tutorials REALLY easy. Basically you only have to draw your own pic (like the person/character) and write your name (fonts are provided in the tutorial). All the card bits and everything are provided fully drawn, you just need to turn layer visibility (the little eye next to the layers) on/off to see what you want. Trust me, if I can use it anyone can :). And you can ask me for advice.
